While we can see which products and stores you share, we do not collect information on the pages your link recipients browse while on the store website or afterward. The store will notify us of the order details and order amount 1 to 4 days after one of your recipients completes a purchase. ShareBucks will always be free and will never sell your email address or other information to any third party. ShareBucks does not collect credit card information.

If the status on your Cash Reward has changed to Paid, your payment should be visible in your PayPal account within 24-48 hours. If the status has been Paid for longer than 48 hours and you have not received payment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can track the payment and let you know the status. It is possible that your PayPal account is not configured correctly. If that is the case, we can provide you with the PayPal Transaction ID and you can contact PayPal to find out why the payment has not yet appeared in your account.
First, check your account settings with PayPal to determine if there are changes that need to be made for you to be able to accept the payment in US dollars. You must follow PayPal’s procedures to confirm your account and verify that it is authorized to accept US dollars. If your payment is “Denied” or “Unclaimed” for 30 days, PayPal will send the funds back to ShareBucks, at which point you can resend the payment request from your ShareBucks account.
